Phoning your doctor:
Most problems are best dealt with in a consultation, however, a doctor will always be available during normal surgery hours for emergency advice.
If you have questions related to the management of your condition, an appointment is best made to discuss these questions so the appropriate attention can be devoted to resolving your questions.
Obtaining test results:
Any tests taken at the time of consultation will take on average, 7 days to have the results returned from the laboratory, depending on the nature of the test. All our results are returned online to increase the speed of availability. Please make an appointment with your doctor so that adequate time can be devoted to a detailed explanation of your results. Results in general won't be given over the phone.
